Spent xmas at a hotel in Lilongwe and it was a great experience! The hotel has an amazing pool and the gym was always available. They also provided a nice selection of local cuisine during meal times. Plus, the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park which is perfect for a morning stroll.

The service at the restaurant was quite slow and the menu options were limited. , the shower in the room was a bit small and water tended to leak onto the bathroom floor.

We had a fast check-in and enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel facilities were good, and we appreciated the cleaning and hygiene. The chef provided excellent food options with a responsive approach to guest requirements. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Hard to think of anything negative.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the parliament building, making it easy to access for meetings. the restaurant has a spacious lobby with plenty of space for gatherings. the rooms are decent with comfortable beds and a good working air conditioning system. Housekeeping and turndown services are well done.

The quality and variety of the food could use an overhaul.

Big property, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. the huge compound provides enough open space for relaxation, and the bed is cozy, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. the staff was very helpful in giving directions to tourist attractions.

Poor food quality and overpriced rooms. the food was awful, and the prices for the rooms were too steep.

Convenient location next to the Bingu Mutharika International Convention Centre. The outdoor seating area by the pool is great, especially for enjoying the wood-fired pizza. The rooftop bar, although not serving food, offers a fantastic view of Lilongwe sunsets. The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and a well-equipped gym. The spa and souvenir store are convenient amenities. The omelette station at the breakfast buffet is a favorite. Despite some issues with housekeeping and wifi, the friendly staff and beautiful location make up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.
